1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MiniMax H3 (the "Service"), available at https://minimax-h3.net.

MiniMax H3 is operated under the brand name MiniMax H3 ("we", "us", or "our"). We do not publish a personal residential address. For support, billing, privacy, and legal requests, contact support@minimax-h3.net.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement for yourself or any organization you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What we provide

MiniMax H3 is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that lets you generate and edit content using artificial intelligence. Output is produced by third-party AI models accessed through our interface; we do not manually create output on your behalf.

2.2 Digital delivery

The Service is an intangible digital product. Access is granted promptly after payment is confirmed. Because of this instant-delivery nature, refunds are limited as described in our Refund Policy and Section 8 below.

2.3 Independent platform

MiniMax H3 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model provider whose technology, products, or trademarks may be referenced on this site. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2.4 Third-party AI models

The Service uses third-party AI model providers. Performance and availability may depend on those providers. We do not guarantee any particular output quality, originality, or fitness for a specific purpose.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@minimax-h3.net if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share login credentials with third parties.

4. Plans, Credits, and Payment

4.1 Hybrid billing

The Service may offer:

Subscription plans that renew periodically and grant subscription credits for the paid period; and/or
Credit packs (one-time purchases) that add separately purchased credits to your account.

Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change prospectively; changes do not reduce credits you have already purchased.

4.2 Subscription auto-renewal authorization

When you subscribe to a paid plan and provide a payment method, you expressly authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge that payment method the subscription fee on each billing cycle until you cancel under Section 5. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

4.3 One-time credit purchases

Each credit-pack purchase is a one-time charge at the amount shown at checkout. Completing checkout authorizes that charge.

4.4 How credits work

Subscription credits do not roll over across billing periods. Unused subscription credits expire when the period ends or when the subscription renews (use-it-or-lose-it for that cycle).
Purchased credit packs remain available after you cancel a subscription, subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
When both types are available for a generation, we use subscription credits first, then purchased credit-pack credits (and, where the generation allows, free promotional credits may apply according to product rules).
Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted. Failed generations due to a Service error are typically refunded automatically as credits to your balance.

4.5 Payment processing

Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor(s): Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4.6 Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Account → Billing (or equivalent subscription settings) in the Service, or by emailing support@minimax-h3.net from your account email.

Cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid period continues until its end date and is generally not prorated.
Separately purchased credit packs are not canceled with the subscription and remain usable as described in Section 4.4.
We will confirm cancellations by email when processed through the product or support.

6. Generated Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your rights in output

Your rights in content you generate depend on your plan:

Paid plans: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law and upstream model providers, you own the content you generate and may use it for lawful purposes, including commercial use. We claim no ownership over your prompts or paid-plan output.
Free plan / free credits: You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use content you generate. Commercial use of free-tier output is not permitted; upgrade to a paid plan for commercial rights.

Non-exclusivity. AI models may produce similar or identical output for different users given similar prompts. We do not guarantee uniqueness.

6.2 License to operate the Service

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your inputs and outputs solely as needed to operate the Service (including account history and, if you opt in, public galleries).

6.3 Training

We do not use your prompts or outputs to train our own competing AI models. Third-party model providers process inputs as needed to return generations under their terms; we do not sell your content.

6.4 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for clearing third-party rights (trademarks, likeness, copyrighted material in prompts, etc.) before commercial use, and for reviewing output before relying on it.

7. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Without limitation, you may not use the Service to:

generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content;
generate NSFW, sexually explicit content, or any content sexualizing minors;
create non-consensual deepfakes or face-manipulation of real people;
incite violence, terrorism, self-harm, or other illegal acts;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
bypass or interfere with safety, moderation, or rate limits;
resell or rebrand the Service as an “uncensored” or “no-filter” tool without written permission;
train, fine-tune, or systematically scrape outputs to build competing AI systems beyond your personal authorized use;
present AI output as the work of a licensed professional (doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, etc.) in a way that could cause harm.

We may refuse, remove, or refund any generation, and suspend or terminate accounts, when we believe these rules are violated.

8. Refunds

Credits and subscriptions are refundable only under the conditions in our Refund Policy. In summary: unused credits may be refundable within 7 days of purchase; credits already consumed for generation are generally not refundable because underlying compute has been used.

9. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@minimax-h3.net before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Card data is handled by Stripe as described in Section 4.5. After account cancellation or deletion requests, we may retain account data for up to 90 days (or longer if required by law) before deletion or anonymization.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law. On termination, unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy; we may retain or delete generated content as required by law or our retention practices.

If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will handle unused prepaid value fairly (for example, refund or credit) where required by law or our Refund Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, OR UNSUITABLE. DO NOT RELY ON AI OUTPUT AS LEGAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice (email or in-product notice), unless a longer period is required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
