Effective Date: 2026-08-01
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how MiniMax H3 (the “Service”), available at https://minimax-h3.net, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.
The Service is operated under the brand name MiniMax H3 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We do not publish a personal residential address. Privacy and data-rights requests: support@minimax-h3.net.
Using the Service means you have read this Policy. We may update it from time to time; material changes will be communicated as described in Section 12.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account data: email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and profile details you choose to add.
- Authentication: if you sign in with a third-party provider (for example Google), we receive basic account identifiers the provider shares with us (such as email and display name).
- Payments: transaction amount, currency, status, and related order identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled by our payment processor(s): Stripe.
- Prompts and uploads: text prompts, reference images, and other inputs you submit for AI generation or editing.
- Support: messages, tickets, and feedback you send to us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and network: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate time zone.
- Usage: pages viewed, features used, session duration, referring URLs.
- Logs: request timestamps, error and performance logs needed to run and secure the Service.
- Generation metadata: model or tool selected, credit consumption, task status (success, failure, moderation).
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4 and our cookie consent banner.

Elsewhere they may be on by default; you can reject them anytime via the cookie banner or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
Tools may include analytics or advertising products configured for this site (for example Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads where enabled). You can also control many cookies through your browser settings.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information (including “sale” as defined under laws such as the CCPA, where applicable).
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Payment processors: Stripe process payments under PCI-DSS standards. Full card numbers are not stored on our servers.
- AI model and infrastructure providers: we send prompts, necessary media, and technical parameters to third-party AI and cloud providers solely to generate your requested output, store assets, and run the Service.
- Analytics and advertising partners: as enabled for this site and subject to your cookie choices.
- Support and email delivery: providers that send transactional email or help us handle tickets.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers: if the Service is transferred, with continued protection obligations where required.
- With your consent: for any other purpose we ask about clearly in advance.
6. International processing
We use cloud infrastructure and service providers that may process data in multiple countries (including via global edge networks). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.
7. Data retention
| Data type | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Account data | While your account is active; after cancellation or deletion request, up to 90 days (then delete or anonymize), unless law requires longer |
| Transaction records | As needed for accounting, tax, and dispute handling |
| Support tickets | As needed to resolve issues and improve support |
| Security and moderation logs | Rolling windows appropriate for abuse prevention and compliance |
| Prompts / generations | While needed for your history and product features; may be deleted earlier on request where feasible |
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a cloud SaaS product, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law (for example, without undue delay and where GDPR applies, aiming for notice within 72 hours of becoming aware when notification is required).
Please keep your account credentials confidential.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, email support@minimax-h3.net. We aim to respond within 30 days (or sooner if local law requires). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
10. Marketing
If we send optional marketing messages, you can unsubscribe via the email link, account settings (where available), or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages (billing, security, service notices).
11. Children
The Service is for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@minimax-h3.net and we will take steps to delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice with reasonable advance notice when appropriate, and the “Effective Date” above will be updated. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
